Published on Monday, 04 April 2011

What to Move - Create Your Checklist Moving to a new house is best done if it is well planned. The first thing you'll actually do is to make a checklist of the things you need to pack and settle.

It is very important to have a checklist this will ensure the process of your moving goes convenient and smoother. Listing down all of the belongings and stuffs you need to bring to the new place is what you have to initially do.

Start writing down the most valuable and necessary items you have. These things include your documents, basic needs such as clothes, hygiene items and toiletry products.

It is also necessary to include the various community helpers and workers on the list. They are the post office, your insurance company, credit card company, health care, utility provides like electric company, telephone company, Internet provider and others. They need to be informed regarding your new address so every mail especially important ones are sent to your new address. Otherwise, the new owner of your previous home will get all the confidential letters that are supposed to be sent to you.

You should not forget listing down what you have to settle for your move. Before you go to the new house, you should have done this already.
