There are times that things become a little difficult for you - say you have been "infested" by the global economic crisis that leads you to becoming incapacitated to pay your rentals in the apartment.  When this thing happens to you, the best way to combat the problem is to slash your expenses, go back to your parents, and explain things out.
In order to better prepare yourself and your parents about the moving back thing, the following tips are being suggested:
a.       Discuss matters openly to your parents.  Tell your parents what your current situation is and do not be ashamed of the current plight that you have.  Keeping things from your parents will worsen the situation and this might lead to even more complications.
b.     Share with your parents' expenses.  In this way, you will not feel that you are becoming a burden to your parents.  You can share little amount, say, payment for the cable or the phone maybe. 
c.      Give yourself the timeline that you need.  Do not be stuck with your current situation instead, make sure that you have the decision to move on and stand up from your great fall.
These are three of the realities that people must learn to accept when a moving back to the old house happen.
