Canada Square is a public square at Canary Wharf, on the Isle of Dogs in London's Docklands. It is in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in the eastern end of Central London along the River Thames. Canada Square is surrounded by the three tallest buildings in the United Kingdom[specify], including One Canada Square, which has been the tallest building since 1990. The Canadian connection is from the original developers of the site, Olympia and York, owned by Paul Reichmann family of Toronto, Ontario.

5 Canada Square is a 16-floor office building in the Canary Wharf development in London, England.
Valentines Park has undergone an extensive renovation during 2007?2008 financed by the Heritage Lottery Fund and by the owners, the London Borough of Redbridge. There are a number of Grade II and Grade II* features within the park and part of the formal garden layout of the early 18th century park itself is included in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest in England at Grade II. Brief (English Heritage) listing details for these can be found at Images of England.[2]
Construction originally began in the 1930s but was suspended during the Second World War. During the war, the station was used as an air raid shelter and the tunnels as a munitions factory for Plessey electronics. The station was finally completed and opened on 14 December 1947. Originally, it was to have been named "North Ilford".
